Will I receive the exact product shown in the picture?

Yes. At CD Junction, we ensure that all product images accurately represent the actual item. However, slight variations in packaging or color may occur due to lighting, brand updates, or screen display differences.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your purchase, your sales receipt will be sent directly to your email.

Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case) for the confirmation email.

How can I return an item?

At CD Junction, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item within 1–2 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened, as long as it is carefully packed to avoid damage during return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. Once we receive the item in proper condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. At CD Junction, products marked as “out of stock” are restocked regularly depending on availability from suppliers.
